Description
A single series of water flow measurements were conducted in the Arkansas River Basin. Measurement were made of water flow from the confluence of Lake Creek and the Arkansas River to the headgate of the Bessemer Canal. Investigation of seepage and conveyance losses tended to confirm previous estimates of a 12% conveyance charge from the Twin Lakes.

Description
A summary of the methane seep survey activities recently completed at the Bondad Explosion Site (Site), located in Bondad, Colorado. The purpose of the survey was to identify the horizontal extent of methane seep activity at the Site. The survey also included observations of site geology as a means to understand the potential source areas and migration pathways.

In the spring of 2016, the Colorado Oil and Gas Conservation Commission (COGCC) contracted Apogee Scientific, Inc (ASI) to conduct a natural gas seep survey of Township 3 North, 66 West in Weld County, CO. The purpose of the survey was to look for sources of natural gas escaping from the ground not associated with emissions from oil and gas production infrastructure or agricultural operations.

Description
The producing formations of the Denver-Julesburg Basin are currently being economically recovered in the Greater Wattenberg Area (GWA) of north-central Colorado for gas and oil condensate.
