Description
Teenager Samantha Hughes of Hopewell, KY is pretty, headstrong and curious about the father she never knew and about the war that took him away. The war nobody wants to remember. This story is about a reclusive war vet and his 17 year old niece struggling to heal the wounds of Vietnam. The film captures the horror of battle and the disillusionment of a soldier who thought war meant glory and discovers it also means both pain and fear.
