This report describes the work Community Mental Health Centers (CMHCs) have done towards practice transformation, assesses progress CMHCs have made in their first full year; of implementation, and discusses successes and challenges in order to full year; of implementation, and discusses successes and challenges in order to highlight "best practices" or reveal common implementation challenges that could be improved through strategic technical assistance.
