Description
Colorado's forests provide clean air and water, wildlife habitat, world-class recreational opportunities, wood products, and unparalleled scenery. But many of Colorado's forests are in poor condition, with increasing threats from record-setting wildfires, damaged watersheds, invasive insects, and ongoing bark beetle epidemics. Forest management is one of the best ways to reduce threats to our forests, and a thriving forest products industry can help support management efforts.
