Description
As part of the University of Colorado's due diligence investigation of the 308 acre Flatiron Property in Boulder County, the University engaged the firm of Love & Associates Inc. to undertake an engineering review of floodplain impacts of South Boulder Creek upon the property. The Flatiron Property is located south of US Highway 36 (Boulder Turnpike) at Foothills Parkway east of Highway 93 and west of South Boulder Creek. The property is adjacent to South Boulder Creek's 100 year floodplain as defined by the Federal Emergency Management Agency's FEMA Flood Insurance Rate Map FIRM dated June 2 1995.
