Description
The Strategic Compliance Plan is the final phase of the Compliance Planning Assistance (CPA) program, a collaborative effort by the Building Codes Assistance Project (BCAP), the Colorado Department of Local Affairs (DOLA), and the Governors Energy Office (GEO), beginning in fall 2010. The overarching goal of the project is to document and analyze Colorados existing energy codes infrastructure in order to address barriers to widespread energy code compliance.
